Its All About Love: Spirituality Group

This group meets once a month and is for those who wish to enhance their spiritual growth and to see the relationship between psychology and spirituality. It is a non-denominational and will focus on the development of and/or the nuturing of a higher self to deal with life challenges and assist with therapy or personal goals.

Participants will be able to bring their own ideas as well as learn more about:

           Importance of ritual
           Meditation practice
           Working with the laws of transformation
           Esoteric psychology
           Soul healing
           Integrating body, ego, soul, and spirit
           Journeying

The group will help to integrate the sacred and secular aspects of everyday living and participants will learn tools they can easily bring into their lives.
